Process
Stages
We
have different stages of publishing books. Our goal is to reach out to authors
by meeting and exceeding their publishing needs.
Step
1
Orientation
Our
business practice begins with a meeting between the editorial staff and the client
to understand their needs and to explain how we can assist them in reaching their
goal. During this time, we listen to the client's ideas and provide them with
how we can assist them.

2
Implementation
Once we understand their needs, we then develop a schedule
for completing all phases of the publishing process, which is given to the client.
Before the start of a project, we requests a contract be signed explaining service
agreement and requests a half deposit.
The
publishing process then begins and consists of 4 Stages:
Stage
1
Editorial
This step consist of making sure the manuscript is prepared.
This includes including within the manuscript all of its necessary parts. It also
includes Library of Congress, ISBN and Bar Code registration. The manuscript is
then edited for grammar and spelling excellence and proofread by the author at
several phases until approved by the author.

2
Page
Design and Typesetting
The manuscript
is then laid out into page layout format expected by book manufacturer. The editorial
team and the author work closely to decide on the size and page appearance of
the book.
Stage3
Book
Design
The author then meets with
our professional book designer to create an appealing, lively, creative and professional
book cover. After the completion of steps 1-2, the author's book is provided in
PDF and layout program format on zip drive or CD-Rom. The Disk will include the
interior and exterior of the book. The second half of the payment is then requested.
Stage 4
Printing
Then the completed book will be sent out on a disk or CD-Rom
to the most inexpensive, efficient, yet quality printers to print the books. The
printer’s payment options may defer.

The Final
Product
The Finished book made available
in paperback format within 3-6 weeks from completion of the book.
